In my opinion, this franchise is an excellent opportunity to get a taste of noodles and/or sushi if you are shopping on the Königstraße in Stuttgart. The fact that there are different counters for Sushi Customers abd for Noodle Customers is a great idea and contributes to the convenience of the restaurant. Moreover, one can either take away the food or enjoy it at the restaurant, where yiu have the option to sit inside or outside. The food itself, especially the quality is amazing. Especially the noodles are perfectly cooked - Thanks to the chef. The sauces you get to add are also fantastic. I, myself, am not a hige fan if Sushi, but my friends think ist good quality too. Additionally, the fact that they have chopsticks and forks gives you the option to eat in peace, without being laughed at if yiu cannot even hold chopsticks properly! However, there's only a minor point I would want to criticise: The staff is always in a hurry even if there are no customers behing you - As a customer I would like to have my food be prepared in a calm and good manner, even if it is fast food! Coming to the prices: Honesty, they are pretty fair but I would say you get less quantity for what you pay. All in All, 4 stars.

Food is ok but hygiene is different

Good value and average quality. The buying experience is awful. Employees hate their job and stare at you as if they were serving cattle. Get in, say the number and get out ASAP!

Very good taste, but prices are relatively high for the standard size. Larger boxes would also be recommended for the hungry guest. Those who eat on site also get a box. A bowl would be more beneficial! I would like to mention negatively the staff, who are very listless and unfortunately not friendly. They also speak extremely bad German, which can make placing an order a challenge. The toilet is very small and could be cleaner.

Today, September 11th, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. I started another attempt. The rudest of all employees was there. I don't understand why the employer works with such employees, you should try to be friendly even if the working conditions are difficult 😡

Has steadily changed into negative! Unfriendly staff, careless preparation and declining quality of the food. The crowd does it here! Too bad.

Worst experience. It's almost impossible to pull the noodles out of the paper box and eat with fork, you can't even get spoon. Taste wise not at all greater than many outlets there. Customer service was pathetic too. They ask "hey, what are you looking, what do you want?" kind of questions! Never visit again.

You are not at all human there. I really wanted to go to the bathroom once and went there. I asked 3 times if I could go to the bathroom. But the waitress said no because I wasn't a customer. I can understand, but it was an emergency. I've often bought something to eat there but never again from now on.

It was good once. You can only dream of that now! Very rude and unmotivated employees who misunderstand you and start to get loud. Definitely not recommended! My actual review on this is clear -1 ☆!

Disappointed me! I eat there more often but this time it was a shame. I said number 15 and she gave me number 5 and said she didn't want to change it (it was too late). Instead of 3.90 € I had to pay 4.30 €! If you are already working, learn numbers and the basic knowledge of German first! The sweet and sour sauce was not sweet but it felt like a salt sauce was disgusting

The boxes taste excellent! However, the sushi was not so fresh last time. There are still 5 stars because they took it back without any problems.

The food itself was fine. However, suddenly a cockroach crawled over my company. When we caught it with the help of a pasta box and handed it over to the employees, we were looked at without understanding. There was no adequate response. Where one of these animals appears in the visitor's room, there are probably a few more in the kitchen and in the warehouse. So I can only advise against a visit!

All right for a quick snack. In terms of taste, the boxes are quite good. It looks fine inside, but it smells really strong of food. Which is the advantage that you can also sit outside when the weather is nice. Right on Königsstrasse and Königsbau. Unfortunately no card payment possible !!!

I've been a client at Hotalo for a long time and the only reason I am giving 2 stars is the food and the value. Besides that, the employees always seem to be annoyed that they have to prepare the food for you and the last time I've been there it's gotten to being rude. The place is also not very clean and the toilets are stinking and almost always out of soap. Avoid it!

I don't understand why people coming from China behave so rudely and want to bully everyone. Even many Chinese tourists do the same thing.The hotel staff don't know what customer service is. They have a very bad attitude and think that because of them people are getting food. Their Attitude is either take the food or leave it.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The service is terrible. I asked the server for some noodles as I pointed at the noodles in front of him and he gave me a look and barked “IT IS NOODLES”, I was shocked. I said yes, I know, can I have some? Next when asked about the sauce, I did not understand what “pecan” sauce was (still don’t) and I asked the next server what that was. He simply stared at me like I came from outer space. I asked again and he still did not reply. They both looked like they really didn’t want to be there and it put me off my food, I hate buying a meal at a place where the servers are so bland, rude, and not fit for customer service. Oh, and the food sucks.

The workers are they so so unfriendly ! They don't understand German language. when you ask something they don't care about your like the woman who was serving today she always very unfriendly. Don't think I will ever go there! So far I have been to Asia restaurants but here I got the worst experience not even once!!
